tkddav3
ermmm i saw it for sale...i went n test drove it but my parents were against me having a 600hp car at 20 lol. so i waited a year and got in contact with the bloke after he changed his mind about selling. ended up buying it at 21 oh the reason i have is because i saw the fast and the furious and my dad as he had a thing for them. aha
Iky
I saw the top secret gt300 once when I was a teenager and absolutely fell in love with the body shape. After some research I realised the potential these cars have. I don't really like newer cars due to all the electrioncs/complexities Involved. Otherwise I could have easily bought a brand new Hyundai. As I keep getting told by my parents/senior members of the family. They don't make them like they used to! FOSTA
I wanted a supra from the age of 16 after I saw my brother in laws silver TT, Then I decided to start saving for mine when I was 23. I would never look back now! Best looking car for the price you pay I think! Only other car I would want if I ever came across the money would be a 1968 shelby gt500. Agree with you mate, Today's cars are too ugly and most of em are to plastic, the 90's was the era were great cars was produced, sadly that era as gone now

Josh
I had a Golf mk5 1.9TDi and wanted something faster. Remapped it, then my Dad gave me the idea of buying something fast instead of modding the Golf. Checked insurance and a Supra was the cheapest, then started reading the forum for a year so, joined up and bought one
listy
Alway loved them since I was a kid. Was looking for a new car (Golfs mainly) and just decided to have a look at what Supras were for sale. I had no intention of getting it, but when I saw an N/A for £2000 I went and got it The missus was a bit annoyed, but she loved it once she got over the shock Then wanted more ooomph so got a TT

SupraStar 3000
was offered an FTO, then realized for a few more pounds i was in GTO territory,... then when on the verge of buying, realized for a few more quid I could own a Supra,... Got a loan and found myself owning the very car I was always driving on my playstation.... admittedly the NA Supra. Been hooked every since. Own a GZ TT Aero Have no interest in any other cars,... well... except a R34 or GT500

letmeshowyou
I went shopping for a 300zx, as I'd always dreamed of having one as a kid. Hadn't considered a Supra, as I'd always assumed they'd be out of price range, but there was a nice one at an import dealer, took it for a drive, and fell in love with the dashboard! Im only 18 myself and i know the price of these things to maintain is very high. Alot of people on the forum have had to sell up . It was suppost to be a long term project but we havent been to lucky so its been quite a short project so far. Hopefully things will pick up in the near future . BK1
I've always loved my cars (goes without saying), my first car was a 1.3 Ford Escort that I modded to death! I've had a 1994 Celica GT for 7 years, my daily drive. I bought the Supra for my 50th birthday (stuff the sad buggers who say "...midlife crisis...") my brothers and my mates are all well jealous 'cos their wives/girlfriends want a new sofa/carpet/curtains etc (BIG appologese lady petrol heads!). The Supra is a beautiful example of design excellence and engineering supremacy (sorry if that sounds a bit arty), made to be appreciated! When I meet Saint Peter at the pearly gates I kinda think he'll be more interested in what cars I've driven than what sofa I sat on! "Shall we go to DFS?" naaaah, goin' for a drive
