lust2luv
But what price is the service going to be? £24.99 I'd guess, can't see them dropping everybody to the 1Mb price or forcing people to the 3Mb price.
Branners
the report I read said everybody will be forced on a to a 'pay per mb' model if they want the 10mb download.... JB
GeordieSteve
the report I read said everybody will be forced on a to a 'pay per mb' model if they want the 10mb download.... JB Thats crap. I currently pay £50 a month for 4Mb. Let's hope Telewest follow suit

ivan
the report I read said everybody will be forced on a to a 'pay per mb' model if they want the 10mb download.... JBDid you take advantage of the free upgrade to 2MB? I'm sure you noticed the "thin end of the wedge" clause which limited you to 1GB per day, whereas before we weren't limited at all... Saw it coming, but was hoping it wouldn't happen quite so soon. Still, as long as the limits are realistic I can live with it. Unfortunately, as long as their router is connected to the cable, it's downloading and uploading all the time.
Branners
yeah, I saw the change in the T&C but I tend not to hammer my bandwidth so 1gb per day is okay for me. JB

MONKEYmark
i am still on my original £24.99 connection started off at 500 then free upgrade to 750 then free upgrade to 2meg download well more than 1 gig a day. 2meg is quick enough for me
