Noz
I personally prefer the dolucks. its hard to tell those 19's are actually that big, i dont think you would notice a huge difference in filling the arch gap, it's not like your running 17's. I struggle to put power down in my NA-T and that's not 500bhp, but then a decent 265 tyre will perform better than any budget 295 so width isn't always the main topic. Gaz6002
Thats odd you sure thats not down to the 265 might of had more sidewall higher profile or just a better tyre, look at the 911 turbo and audi r8 both 500-550hp factory rear tyre is a 295 It didn't matter which type of tyre I used, the 265 always felt like the best setup with my car. the 911 and the R8 are both very different cars mate
safcdixon
Why do i need them widened? i can put a wider rubber on as im only running 265 at the rear, really they need 275. i thought they were catching the calipers? widening the hub on the rear of the wheel would do that, same as runnning spacers really, sort of changing the offset

Supra N_A
wheels would look so much better if the car was lowered imo! damn thats annoying about the valves in the way hmmm like said get the new valves as them wheels are nice
Westy
I sold a set 8j fronts 9.5j rears for £1k on Driftworks mate
Supra Gaz
At least 2k with good tyres in perfect condition, all sales depend on demand, and i think demand is pretty high for Do-Luck double six.
tooquicktostop
I would be interested in the wheels if you do sell

For such a top quality car, I don't think it's worth the hassle that lowering brings.
JamieP
I dont know what it is, it just dont seem to sit right with them wheels, maybe it just needs lowering and bigger tyres, Jamesys car looks mental with the do-lucks.

Yeah i agree looking back at the pics mate. I know i need the 275 tyre, that would make it look better. I have never had the suspension set up properly but when i put the new BC's on ill whip it down to WIM for the setup.
letmeshowyou
I suspect you'll change your mind when you see it in person Jamie; the offsets look funny in pics but fine in person IMO. Don't change to those other wheels Rob, personally don't like those!
RobD
I think if you do decide to sell at least wait till the market picks up a bit Rob, stuff just aint selling ATM
Colin-mkiv
I was dubious about running 19's, but once they were on I couldnt see the car with anything smaller, the car rode about the same anyway, but the arches looked much fuller. Your Do-Lucks would easily do £1500 but I'd put them up for the £1800-2000 mark as a punt.

I would put them up for £1800 with tyres, if i decide to sell as thats prob what they owe me after the refurb ect. Im going to decide once the flush tyre valves are fitted next week
