Gpro
Hi after finally finding out the UK spec brakes fit under my 17" alloys! which i was really happy about. i am about to complete the conversion and need some advise. Once i disconnect the brake line hoses will all the brake fluid drain out or a bit of it? i have braided lines waiting to go on. and 2nd question would i need to also bleed the rear brakes? i aint upgrading rear brakes. trinitom
it will drop until you fit the new lines, and you don't need to bleed the rears, but if is was me i would do it just to save doing it later, and to make sure the system it's free from air. your call! Swampy442
I would say if you have any doubts at all about doing brakes, take it to someone who knows what to do.
Dnk
I'd bleed the whole system and treat it to some nice new fluid, Motul RBF600 If you have old o/e lines just pop some mole grips on them, fit your new calipers, then fit your new braided lines.
