Over heating Issues continue, the fun continues... Please help

@DNK and Robzki I will go order a new rad, and see whats what.

 

and i havent really been having problems bleeding the system its just seems to take ages and im never 100% sure I have all the air out.

 

You over Poole/Bournemouth way at all Sunday chap..? wondering if me and a friend might be able to have a look at it with you

 

Thanks buddy but no im not, im on the island now untill I get it sorted as I don't want to damage it by driving it.
