trinitom
only 2 things: the bar it's bent, or the car had a crash previously.
_Shane_
Car clean as a whistle, was checked out before i purchased it and also just back from 6 months at bodyshop where they checked everything out while doing the change in color, again all clear there
trinitom
in that case the bar must be bent for some reason.

TheTurtleshead
Best try it on another car to exclude the car being the problem first.
_Shane_
Was thinking that mate but i dont know of anyone in my county with a supra, Mark did have and his g/f had one, both n/a so i dont know if they would fit or not but they sold their cars so i have no one here to try it And yes supra's are rare over here in Ireland
listy
May sound silly and obvious, but are you fitting one side then the other? Have you tried lowering both sides on at the same time? I had a similar drama with a strut brace and lowering both sides at the same time worked.
RobUK
Is the car on a level surface?
jazz1
I think it's the bar manufacture as mine had same problem.

Bossco
Mine fits perfect but does have to be lowered onto all 6 posts at the same time.

Guest neo9918
Hi it's my old bar, it's always taken 2 people to put it on you can't do one side then the other. Trust me it fits it's been on 2 supras previously. Give it some jiggling about
Rob_Mitchell
Turn it around. thats what i would do. never had a problem before with these. perhaps its got bent or your car is bent
Dnk
You need to lower it down onto both sides at the same time, because the turret tops are on an angle the center line of the bolts gets further apart Edited June 9, 2012 by Dnk (see edit history)
