Stu-R
Just did my compression test and got between 158 and 160 across all cylinders But 1 of the plugs is wet. Could my issue of backfiring under boost be as simple as a goosed plug or coilpack? Cheers Stu
Dnk
Or a problem with an injector ?
Nic
Worn plugs/wrong heat range plugs/broken coil pack connectors are common causes of missing at higher boost levels.
Stu-R
I've changed the plugs to bcpr7es gapped at 0.9mm and it's stopped missfiring. It's still overheating when on boost though
