l.chris97
hi guys just took delivery of my second hand work meister s1's bad news is they don't clear the uk front calipers, so i've decided to go on the hunt for new ssr sp1's, mvp list there set as 18x9 and 18x10 +41 all round my question is will the +41 offset not leave the rims looking very conservative, for the money to be spent on these i'm hoping to have the maximum dish on these without having any issues with brake or arch clearance.(car is stardard arch wise) maybe i'm wrong thinking a +41 will look buried in the rear arches, but just thought i'd ask on here before i'd pay out the cash and not be sure on what i'm getting. any1 on here running +41 offset on there supra any pic's or info would be great thanks chris

tkddav3
can you not just put a spacer on the front. would save you alot of hassle!
l.chris97
these are 18x9 +41 and 18x10.5 +37 the rears are flush to the arch but the fronts are catching the caliper alot, think it's something to do with the big disk sizing that work offers from the factory, which i don't think these must be, too be honest i really don't want to go down the spacer route, i'd rather have it right from day dot. but if def don't want a set of new wheels that are looking kinda like wheelbarrow wheels on a hummer. Alex
can you not just put a spacer on the front. would save you alot of hassle! Spacers are the work of the devil. They destroy hub bearings. As they throw off all the expect load dynamics.

Colin-mkiv
A 5 mm spacer isnt going to kill your bearings
