bigbloodyturbo
I have had a search about but nothing is coming up. How does one top up the autobox? I've added 2xSRD coolers and the level went down so I tried topping up down the dipstick hole, but it just seems to fill up the dipstick tube and not really go into the box which would be hardly surprising considering the end of the tube must already be under the oil level. How is this usually done?
David P
Max 1 litre at a time, up-end a tube-cap oil-bottle into dip-stick hole and leave it to get on with it. 5 mins a litre it will take. neil tt
No you do end up with oil everywhere, oh what fun it is

neil tt
yes that might have made things a little harder
bigbloodyturbo
Just to conclude this for future ref, filling through the dipstick worked fine. However it seems to be hard to read the level now, always seems to be an inch above the max level.
barneybrendan
Is there not a proper filler hole in the box then.
