listy
Had problems with my knee for a while now, and been having physiotherapy on it for 4 months. Finally went for a specialist consultancy today, and they managed to squeeze me in for an MRI. Way too much give in my left knee for them to be happy, so they think I have either torn, detached or overstretched my cruciate ligament. 2 weeks until I get the scan results. Hopefully its worst case scenario, because then I get lots of compensation from the army (around £10k from someone who had the same injury) which means I can get my new seats, brakes and a single conversion Or it could be best case, in which case no operation and I can start the football season after the summer (but no single )
Holeshot
£10k sounds nice! My insurance gave me £800, the surgery was £4k and the physio over the following year more than ate the insurance money. That was for a ruptured ACL. To be fair if it was worst case I'd expect you would remember the pain from when you did it as most people can't walk on it initially and your knee would have swelled up like a balloon. Although, if you've got a significant discrepancy in joint play between sides, it's pretty much a given that the ligament has been damaged significantly. A bit disappointed if the physio didn't pick that up pretty quickly though.
