Gearstick shaking in third

Ok a bit of a weird one, before dragonball I had the Car MOT'd and had the following done:

RPS CYN-R-G flywheel fitted

RPS Streetmax Clutch Fitted

TRD Transmission mount

TRD Clutch line

Gearbox oil changed and OEM oil put in.

Now since then I have noticed that occasionally (usually more often when the gearbox is colder) when I put the car in 3rd gear and accelerate (doesn't have to be hard, can be gentle at 2.5k revs) the gearstick visably 'shakes' back and forth if I put mine hand on it and hold it forward a little it feels fine, but if you try and pull it back slightly you can feel it really vibrating (imagine half the teeth missing). Other times I can put it into gear and it seems fine but you can still feel the vibration if you pull back slightly, only under acceleration though, let off and there is no vibration there.

I tried pulling it out of gear when I let off to make sure it wasn't just sat on the verge of trying to 'pop out' but it's no easier to pull out of gear than any of the other gears.

Also, there is no noticable vibrations inside the car when it's in third either, I have what feels like a wheel balance out at higher speeds but that's all.

Oh and on a side note, occasionally(roughly 1 in every 40 times) when I push the clutch in it goes down like there is no resistance(i.e. way too light).

i dont know about all the sympoms your having and im no gearbox expert, but i remember my dads gear stick in his auto GS300 visibly shaking at around 35mph and i think having the wheels balanced solved it. You might have damaged a wheel/ lost a weight?

just a suggestion, good luck with it

Hmmm, interesting as I do believe I have a wheel weight missing at the back, thanks for the input :)
