Replace both turbos or go single?

hi all, some of you may have seen my supra revival thread, basically ive acquired a supra that has been sat for about 8 years, ive got it all running and taxed and tested, but found out it was mega low on power. just got the front off of the forward turbo and its seized solid. havent gotten to the rear one yet, but there is zero pressure coming out so im assuming they are both seized, will find out when i finally get it all off! my predicament now is do i convert it to single or replace both the turbos? im not really interested in going mental with horsepower or anything. id be happy if it had the same bhp has standard to be honest, so i was wondering where would be the best place to go for the parts, how much would both routes roughly cost, etc, etc, Also very interested in any parts people would have for sale in this area if anyone has some used (good) parts to get rid of? Im not looking to break the bank on this, as if you see my other thread the bodywork isnt in the greatest condition (understatement) and im still considering what i will do with it long term.

thanks for any advice!

just get a second hand set for £300 job done bpu power is still a good 400 bhp going single can cost as much as 10k but can be done for alot less 2-3k on budget parts,

stock ecu cant be mapped so would need a piggy or stand alone ecu

i could do it for less than 800 i recon. i feel anorher project comeing on

a piggy and mapping will cost almost all of that, unless thats second hand too, remember with a tt you will want a intercooler as the compressed air gets hotter with the more boost you get , its not gonna be running no 8psi :p
