David P
Now i understand, no point buying a working TT diff to steal the part from when i should swap the whole lot out and sell the A01B. and be £100 better off.

David P
Yes, but you will lose half the traction.

dr_jekyll
if you put your a01b in the forsale section it will sell by the time the kettles boild. i recently sold the a02b you require for £95. wish i didnt because ive just baught an auto and could do with it
David P
What size wheels and tyres are you using? Your A01B 4.083 with a larger T.T. diff flange, 18" wheels with 40 profile tyres might land pretty close to stock wheel/trye 3.769 combo? Take a look at Homers diff guide program, I haven't the software to run it, so you will need to take a look at this.
j_jza80
wish i didnt because ive just baught an auto and could do with it That sounds very familiar, and is the reason my garage is full of car parts, as they're bound to come in handy again at some point. The woman doesn't understand this though, and regularly bends my ear about it

David P
If you are running 18's or 19's it will still be worth taking a look to help get your head round it.
