mr two
Hi I've purchased some facelift clear front indicator/sidelight lenses and the indicator bulb holder thats already on is too big to locate into them... Has anyone got the wiring looms and bulb holders that will match up to these? or suggest and alternative way of maybe modifying the new lenses to accomodate the old bulb holders? Thanks..... Graham1984
The front indicators can be chopped right down so you do not need the looms although the downside to that is you cannot have the sidelights or double indicator option, My friend just chopped mine down and they have been fine and he capped the side light/Double indicator hole option to stop any water getting in there...... I was really chuffed that he plugged the holes with 1p coins and used a molten plastic to seal them therefore making them stuck as they are and he didn't even spray the coin face black making them invisible to the human eye. In some respects I am glad he didn't use a visible £1 coin as we have all been in need of parking change and I never wanted the temptation of smashing my indicators just to park
