Anybody know about bonding carbon to alloy?

Bit of a random one but does anyone know what the best thing to use to bond alloy to carbon?

 

I am asking as i have a bike that has a carbon fibre back end but where the pivots are it is an alloy lug and the carbon and alloy are seperating slightly.

 

Anyone any ideas.

SO its an ally drop out in a carbon tube? Not thought about asking the manufacturer to look at it? Might get a new frame ;)

 

Its too old and they wont give the secret away as i have tried :(
