Best way to fill gear box oil 5speed?

Howd the best way to fill the 5 speed gearbox? I understand the filler is on the side of the box.

 

Any trchniques? Hints or tips without going out and buying some sort of pump?

helo there the only way i know is useing a squeezy bottle whith a tube on the end but could be messy other then that i used the gunson eezibleed automatic hydraulic brake and clutch bleeder kit that i had all ready but it is a 2 man job 1 holding bottle and the tube in the filler hole -the other controlling air flow from spare wheel. this way was not messy:) ...
