kniff_666
Hello all, after a weeks absence from the forum whilst i gave the supra a good run out to the gorgeous north of Wales i passed the microscopically low mileage of 100,000 Km on the clock. Just wanting to know what the maximum mileage that people have racked up in their Supras?
mellonman
its been done 100k is nothing to these motors, i bpu'd mine at 80k then went single at 150k http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?258558-highest-milage-supra-on-the-club&highlight=milage

The Raven
I think mr Wilson looked after a uk spec knocking on 200k. I might be wrong
Shane
I seem to recall that Purplewitch's UK spec was pretty high mileage before she had a refurb and went hybrid and bpu. But it was still running fine when it went in, 150k miles I think, may be wrong though.
navtrd
Looked after Toyota engine will go for a long time they are strong engines iv seen many uk specs with over 100k.
KamaSupra
Last I looked there was a black UK Supra with full BPU for sale on Piston Heads with 179,000 on the clock.
Josh
I could be completely wrong, but I'm sure Branners said something about a UK spec with 250,000 miles.
listy
Mine reads around 140k , converted to miles at 96k, so around 102k miles on mine. Im sure someone mentioned a little while ago that they had hit 200k. Cant remember who though

Just curious as to how many miles we have clocked up. Would be fun to work out the total miles covered by supras on here and see how many times we could get to the moon and back. BTW mine has just done 100,000 Km (roughly 62k miles). Maybe i have one of the lowest mileages on the forum?

Your car has done roughly 10x the mileage of the RSP TRD3000GT if my memory serves me

Westy
There are cars on the forum with sub 30k miles. My car has circa 43k miles.
kniff_666
I suppose if its only been used as a weekend toy, sub 60k miles is quite normal for a 18 year old car. Currently using mine everyday. But only racked up about 3k km over 3months (including the trip to wales and back)
Swampy442
People attatch far to much significance to low mileage. I know of 2 Aristo's (both VVTI's) with 250k miles on and more with absolutely no issues. Strong engines if looked after.
qwarrior
Just for you guys, on a '93 TT. Apart from the usual stuff (crank pulley etc) it runs just fine.

qwarrior
thats only 138k miles. thats nothing It is miles as of 92k km when it had it's conversion even though the display hasn't been changed from saying km. It's nearer 185k actual miles.

Maybe i have one of the lowest mileages on the forum? Far from it, I have only 25k on the clock and I am not even the lowest mileage Supra on the forum (think Jazz1 has even less mileage than me). Though I don't care much about mileage, it is more the condition for me. I managed to do more mileage in the last 6 months then what the previous owner did in 5 years!
