Sunday 20th May - Coastal Run out

Date decided: Ben can you merge the threads in to this one with it's more appropriate title.

 

In summary: Starting at JNE, 4 legs with stops at Tynemouth, Blyth (Lunch), Whalton and then finish near Ponteland. Total length approx. 45miles. Includes Tunnel Convoy, bring £1.30.

We can add in a loop further north or south to increase the distance if you all want to make a full afternoon of it, but this should take about 1.5-2 hours with stops.

Think so but people start arriving earlier. If we leave at 3ish then it's a bit late for lunch. However, if everyone wants to hang around and are not in a rush to get back we can make it 2ish to meet.

 

What's the general concensus?

I'd say meeting at 1 or 2ish at JNE personally but dunno how other people feel about that?

OK lets say 1 at JNE guys. Weather for Sat looks rubbish but apparently gonna be bright on Sunday. We'll see.

1 is fine for me, gives me plenty of time to do me rear brake pads, as there nearly down too the metal, well the weather's been turd all week so with a bit of luck it will brighten up for us.
