For such a big organisation they are really unprofessional. They are brilliant at organising coffee mornings at the local church halls but once someone like me comes along and talks about larger scale opportunities, it frightens them and takes them completely out of their comfort zone! I don't have much first-hand experience of them but I saw an ad in the paper this morning publicising a duathlon/triathlon to raise money for them. Seemed nicely done but obviously one advert doesn't make a well-run organisation. I think the top level is run quite well but it is at the grass roots level the problems occur.
