If I install a Thor racing delimiter and nothing else am I right in thinking the clock will now move around 'more slowly' 'not reaching where 180kmh currently is now' and I could then install one of theese http://moman.pl/en/index.php?a=opis&k=30&id=772 With a top speed of 320kmh?
