I have no idea, they used to be, but you would need to check the regulations for whatever series you intend to run in. I haven't got any as I haven't the slightest interest in drag racing, and don't know any specialists in that sort of stuff. I have seen how they can retain exploded flywheels on tractors used for tractor pulling.
