hogmaw
We're moving the business from London to Henley soon and we need new phone/broadband. From what I can see there are loads that do home connections, but not many that do business too. No way will I have anything to do with BT, and Talk Talk always get bad reviews so how they get to the top of comparison sites is beyond me unless there is some money changing hands. Anybody know about XLN? Not heard of them before but they SEEM ok from their ads. Recommendations welcome
RobUK
What about Gradwell Nildram Easynet Demon

RobUK
Or BT... They aren't that bad...
hogmaw
BT not that bad?! Just the most expensive, and with the worst customer service, and the worst most un-navigable website around (apart from the post office, but don't get me started on that!). Either way, they're NOT an option! I'll check the others tho, starting at the top THX
RobUK
BT - I guess it depends how much you spend we have a dedicated contact for everything so never have to spend time on the phone to there menu system
RobUK
Good thing about Gradwell is they have some good VoIP products which can save you some money if you are a phone dependant company... (we have a customer services team with 190+ incoming phone numbers)
hogmaw
No VoIP needed as the actual phone use will be minimal, only 2 lines required. My business is as small as you can get, just me and one other will be there and even he is part-time.
Dim Sum
I currently have Business broadband and lines with BT at the moment, I ain't that bad with the customer service unless you get directed to the overseas call center. I recently installed fibre optic business broadband for £27.50 Including VAT which i think is a good price and its unlimited. Here's what i am paying for Line 1 and 2 at £15.50 each and fibre optic business broadband for £27.50, a month's bill is around £58.50 So far i had no problems with them. But i guess each individual's experience with companies are different.

ubersonic
Another vote for BT Business here, their customer service is my better than normal BT imo and the connection and stuff are good.
stevie_b
What about newnet (http://www.newnet.co.uk/)? I have my home broadband with them (which I don't think they offer anymore, purely business now?), and they're OK.

davis6110
I know people moan about them but we have Virgin and have no problems and even though we are in a rural area our internet speeds are mega
