grahamc Posted May 10, 2012 Share Posted May 10, 2012 Anyone know a decent solicitor? Basically, I went to look at a bespoke suit tailoring service and ended up buying. However once I left i started liking the place less and less and changed my mind about the suit I had ordered. In about 30 minutes from leaving I emailed and asked to pause the order while I decide then later that evening let them know I wanted to cancel. Got an email this morning saying that they will cancel the order but will not refund due to "no refunds" policy. There was no policy info and no contract signed. They will only offer a "credit".
