Basically the thing you bought is subject to VAT/duty and you will have to pay this to get it released, Parcelforce (Royal Mail) will pay the customs charges and take it to their depot from where you can either collect it or arrange delivery (you will have to pay them for the customs charges they have paid ofc and they will prob have a small handling fee) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
