Alex
The Twin Apex'i TD Turbo kit is fairly rare...but could be very good fun for 12k you're either buying yourself a steal or your investing in someone's unfinished project. Sounds like it running a cheap excuse for an uprated fuel system...that would require further investment. The Apex'i management could be a Power FC in which case you have a standalone ECU there...very nice...but it could be this fManage thing we know next to nothing about. Basically if you get it, and it sounds like it has a lot going for it, YOU MUST budget for, a proper fuel system upgrade, remap and possibly a new fuel computer IF it's not the Power FC. MANY MANY more details required. Photo's too. EDIT - That clutch might be a bitch too...may need changing for a more driveable unit.

Faye Brother
its on keithly autos site In which case don't even consider buying it. Their reputation precedes them, but not in a good way.
Alex
They have a reputation for bringing in sh***ers....HOWEVER....if you're able to invest in the car then it still is a good basis...but don't expect to pay anything less than 1/2 again to get it sorted. Swings and indeed roundabouts.
Alex
The PJ Davey car at the bottom (12,950) might be a better bet....I've seen a few PJ davey cars and he seems to bring in good un's
