erol_h
My area is full of cats and the little c*nts all decide to come as rest in my carport. My brother parked his m3 in there for a few weeks and with two car covers on the little fookers still managed to get there claws through them and leave scratch marks on his car. Im going to be parking my car in there and wanted to buy these cat repellents and wanted to know if anyone has tried using these and are the worth it. http://www.primrose.co.uk/pestbye-battery-operated-repeller-p-402.html

erol_h
that would cure the cat problem but then i would then have the problem of cleaning his sh1t up and messing up my grass.
Tricky-Ricky
I actually fail to see quite how or why a cat would get its claws through two car covers in the first place, unless there trying a cats claws are very unlikely to scratch car paint to any degree, especially as they tend to keep them sheathed unless there climbing something almost vertical, the marks are more likely to come from grit trapped under the cover when its pulled off. But if you want to deter cats then try using oil of citronella they hate it. And yes i like and keep cats.
erol_h
I own a cat myself but im not so keen on the little bugger scratching my car plus there is loads of cats in my area. Last year in the summer i had my patio doors open and came down to find four cats laying in my living room thinking it was a bloody meeting lounge. Im thinking of using these http://www.qvsshop.co.uk/pvc-tarpaulin-heavy-duty-560gsm-67-c.asp but im not sure if they will stop there claws piercing through. L18msy
A saucer of milk and antifreeze should do the trick.
Benjy
try this: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/04/30/article-2137356-12D6FC66000005DC-125_964x865.jpg :) She got some serious crabs! Dunno about deterring cats, she'd bloody well deter me though!! Apparently, pepper, orange peel, and some garlicy type stuff I got from Wilkinsons work, only issue with that is it 'kin stinks! Failing that, .22 up the arse will keep 'em away. Mainly because you'd have killed them. Maybe try a scare-cat. Big fluffy angry looking stuffed dog and a tape recording of snarling. My neighbour's got this thing in her front garden that emits a super high frequency noise that cats don't like. Just make sure it doen't fall over because that changes the frequency and becomes very annoying.
Guest Aderookie
Go to the local zoo and ask for some Lion Sh*t. Put it around the garden etc .Apparently the cats will think it is the territory of one big mother of a cat, and stay away. .....Ade
kwalker705
deploy landmines in the garden... or alternatively, get a 2l water bottle that has ridges on it, pull off the label , fill it 3/4 with water and place the bottles around the garden. apparently as the cats stroll around the garden they see the bottles and the light/reflection in it is destorted due to the ridges and looks like movement everytime the cat moves. that should keep em away. erol_h
Thats a great but too much effort as i have two places where they can come in from plus the hose pipe ban doesnt help.
Benjy
Suppose if they didn't get the message you could always rig the central locking motor up to the trigger of a bb gun. Or cap gun.
