Love watching this. Some of the challenges dont seem too bad though. The big sausage with the two sides? I reckon I could do that, and I'm only 11 and a bit stone :)

Some though, are absolutely gargantuan!!!!!! Respect to the man with the bottomless stomach!

I watch it too which also motivates me to eat too much and too often..... The programme also makes me slightly aroused when I am starving.

Aroused? Not a choice of words I would have used.

I love Adam in in this program. I like the way that he goes into the kitchen and picks at bits of food before the challenge.

Over the last few weeks I have found myself watching it more and more.

I thought I would put some personal spin on it, It just shows how much more choice and styles they have over our country on the food front. I would be soooooooooo much fatter if I lived there.

think the episode i watched recently was one where he had to eat a maaaaaassive steak , jacket potato , corn , and some bread in less than 1 hour. Think he did it in 30 minutes or something !!!

other one was a beef sandwich where the beef was slow cooked, allowed to cool , then sliced wafer thin, put back in the warmed cooking juices/fat and left to marinade again. Then a huge amount of the meat was packed into a large roll/bread some pickles and veg were added then the whole thing including the bread was dipped back into the fat/juices and served to the customer.....looked sooooooooooooooooo good but i bet its probably one the the most unhealthy things you could ever eat !
