roboldham
Hi folks Can someone explain in simple terms the settings available for this boost controller (gain, other figs, scramble) and what they actually MEAN? Also the diff between Auto / Manual mode, also peak hold etc. Plus the need for four Channels? Thanks in advance! R

May call if no-one posts here with links or further explanations! R
Dragonball
OK Basically (in my limited understanding) Gain = % increase in spool up time over stock Set = % increase in the boost above stock Increase the gain too high and you get spike = bad Increase set too high and you get over boost = bad Channel setting can be used to dictate speed at which each setting comes into play (useful with Auto - not so with manual) Scarmble - settings for higher boost settings for limited period of time Settings that most people have is on said other list Because of worries I had with overboost i now changed mine to reflect higher settings at lower speeds and reducing off with more speed - so I could still use kick down without it going into orbit! You can download the instructions off the net - I think I posted link somewhere VITAL that you set it up correctly - or can do damage - do not leave on auto mode Cheers Paul
Alex
AUTO mode does not work on sequentials. Do not use it. Manual mode only.
