Geo
i was just wondering if anyone trains with it? Every one i know sais its makes a massive difference. i beg to differ. I've seen guys in my gym take ridiculous amounts. And it makes none or very little difference. you can rattle as much gear as you like, yet if your training and diet are terrible you will make no gains, if there good, gains will be good, if you have good genetics and everything is in place, then you'll be a Pro. There is alot of factors involved, Gear aint the be all and end all.

Geo
But why would you want to, doesn't someone like Geo look good already We as humans will always try and take the easy route, its just who we are. More so in this day in age. I've seen me, force feed myself and batter the living day lights out myself in the gym, and i just cant top 16st. Genetics are mince. mplavery
Very impressive Geo, alot of dedication there !! I started keeping fit when I was 18 going to the gym etc, then got into martial arts and became my life...training almost every day, Doing competitions and then teaching professionally.... I always used to enjoy weights and used to go through phases of martial arts only then when I was not Competing Weights.. I now have a normal day job again as about 4 years ago I was just burnt out and had to get out of martial arts and had a year gap, which turned into 2/3 years Of course I have put on loads of weight now..been off and on in the gym and training and now want to get fit and get back into weights My diet is well sh*t if I'm honest..Though I do try and eat as healthy as possible but fall back on chocolate and take always now and then lol I have started using my protein MP max and going down the gym regularly and have started to get shape to me but having trouble losing the weight I go 4 times a week and mainly do weights but im going to have to start doing some kind of CV to help shift the weight
