tooquicktostop
You could take my Golf and Porsche and sell them for me, keeping a commission for yourself, gets the stock in the showroom for no layout as well
Graham1984
Bugger off you, the south has almost all the decent traders as it is He should relocate to the East as we have literally no-one closer than London Good luck with it though fella, i wish you the best of luck and all my support, more people fixing Supra's is a good thing There are great people to get to fix the cars in the south but nowhere that specialises in selling them though sadly....... Paul Brown is the nearest.

Havard
I will come and work there too. If the sale is stumbling I will play the cancer card - much stronger than even the race card There is nothing stronger than the race card CJ. Kind of got an idea for the setup now, will be aiming for a showroom that can hold around 10 cars (ish), 2 ramp workshop plus an mot bay, a couple of extra bits I don't want to reveal yet and room to expand. Trying to get my head round some initial costings for my proposal, tbh I could use some advice from someone who's setup a garage from scratch as I don't have the foggiest of which companies to use for equipment etc. On the plus side I've got a Definate yes from one of the team I want, will try and confirm with the others during the week, and then it's a trip to the bank Glad to see this is taking shape J. Don't get too carried away yet. There is some serious planning to be done now. I have been a partner in a small business for a couple of years now and although I love it, making money is always hard. Keeping control of your costs is always key. I wish you all the best J. H.

Thanks for the advice I'm trying to keep my head out of the clouds, but I've just been taken back by how supportive everyone seems to be. I was expecting to have a hard time justifying the business to my 3 prospective partners, but all seem to think its a very good idea and that it seems to have potential. I'm still going to be extremely cautious. While I can anticipate various hurdles along the way, I'm sure there are many more that I would never think of. This is why I knew I had to get these particular guys to work with. None of them are dreamers, and are masters in their various strengths. I welcome all the opinions and advice you guys are offering, so far you've all been a great help
