kniff_666
Hello, Simple question. Will the facelift front bumper directly replace a non-facelift bumper? Current bumper is warping and looking to get facelift one (along with updating the headlights and front indicators/sidelights etc). I have a stock Jap-import SZ-R and don't want to butcher it too much. If they can be directly changed then ... Next question would be does anyone have a good condition facelift bumper? (any colour as i would get it resprayed)
Nic
The bumper will be a straight swap, the facelift indicators/side lights will need splicing into the pre-facelift wiring loom. Nic
Why a facelift bumper? They are basically identical to the pre-facelift bumper, the main differences are the holes for the facelift side markets and the cross piece in the centre opening. The central grill piece can be bought colour coded new from Toyota quite cheaply and are easy to fit onto a pre-facelift bumper. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/31325_425856775438_722975438_5421943_3030780_n.jpg Edited April 23, 2012 by Nic (see edit history)
