teddan
So dyno day is done.8 As excepted we could not go for full power due to some minor problem. But we where able to get 925hp at the wheels before we called it a day. To do list - A wastegate did not close correct - Clutch stopt working( started suddenly to work again) - Cooling pipe did say hello to the cam gears. Needs new screws and weld the pipe - Remove wastegate springs. Have to high basic boost level. - strange leakage of cooling fluid Next time we will go for 2.3 bar boost pressure The last dyno at 2,1bar
Luxluc
Good numbers so far mate. Have you found the coolant leaking issue?

teddan
Good numbers so far mate. Have you found the coolant leaking issue? Thanks mate! at high RPM fluid started so pass the rad cap and just go out from the hose. I am not running any header tank so I will decrease my fluid level in the radiator so it can expand more and then really check that my cap seales. My upper rad pipe come loose and went it to the cam gears. That sprayed the whole car with coolant fluid and the bolts on the cam gear are now bended ones....... teddan
Not the last run. I think this one was around 700hp
teddan
crazy horses hope you find your solutions Thanks A little bit scared of this. 1064hp is quit serious.... But for the next dyno we will increase boots to 2.3bar and adjust ignition. That should easily take it to above 1200hp in the engine. That scares me honestly..... teddan
Wow...never seen that before. You were lucky the cam gears did not come loose. What fuel were you using? The pipe was still connect in one side so it probably was bouncing back and forth to the cam gears... I am running on e85 - - - Updated - - - Didnt damage the cam gears did it when the bolts bent? Looks a little nasty. doesn't seems like that. I will just replace the bolts
teddan
No pics today but I removed one spring from the wastegates due to too high "low boost level". I hope it will work better with 1 bar spring.
