Drivers seat motor / full seat

My forward / back seat motor died last weekend and its a bit of a pain to drive in the fully back position!

Therefore I am ideally looking for a NON electric drivers side cloth seat so it doesnt happen again if possible but will look at another electric one if its not too old. The closer to Bristol the better as I will likely have to pick them up :)

Cheers, let me know what you've got.

Ah ok, I thought it had one front to back motor and the other side just slid on the rail being pulled along. I will check when the weather calms down a bit and let you know, thanks.

In the meantime I am still on the lookout for (ideally) non electric cloth front seat(s) if anyone has anything around before I have to fit blocks of wood to my pedals to drive the car :)

You can manually move it forward with a ratchet, there's two bolts on the front. If you stick your head in the driver foot well and look back at the seat, their pretty easy to spot. Spinning them clockwise/counter clockwise will determine if they move forward or backward. Out of curiosity, did you move the seat all the way back just before the motors stopped working? Because that's what happened to me. I suspect the motor may not be broken, just not able to turn for whatever reason.
