NA TT swap running lean 15+psi

car was jap na auto, swaped uk tt non vvti engine with 550cc injectors and maf sensor. walbro 255lph installed 12v mode. turbos running on parallel mode. ffcd done. tested on dyno running rich on 14psi 9.8afr, starts runnig lean on 17psi 11.2afr on 19psi 12.6afr. i was think maybe maf is restricted, help please

I lost 71bhp through my w58 at 373bhp so not really a huge difference. What do you think you car should be running at, without the lean problem?

 

Gearbox makes no difference on power if it's not auto, at 19 psi boost minimum 360whp without afc and 410 whp with afc.

I've never read any fuel limitations with the NA fuel dampener regarding high power NA-T setups, well past what power we are discussing here.

 

From builds I've read they have TT's running 600+ with the stock MAF. This does depend on several other factors though. Could there be an issue with your o2 sensors, have you checked the voltages?

Is faster then e60 m5/m6

 

and makes 403whp on 1.1 bar with some spikes to a slightly higher boost (Dyno Dynamics)
