kniff_666
Hello guys, i am looking for a detailed description of how to remove the rear seats. I have seen the interior diagrams but cannot figure out how the rear seat bottom "pops" out. I don't want to damage it or any other components. Is there a specific way to pull the thing out? JakeG
My one just pulled out mate, nothing holds them in, they just sort of lock into place, but the top part of it was held in by bolts at either side iirc not much to it dude
Supra Gaz
As jake has said, its pretty straight forward, as you face them just pull the bottom bit up, the top bit is bolted into place.
wile e coyote
Bottom just give it a tug up, the rear you need to remove boot carpet that attaches to back of seat then its 4 bolts holding it in place
kniff_666
So it just takes a good upward tug to release. will have to give it a try. Only reason i ask is because i need to get behind the rear quarter panel due to a bolt or screw or something rattling. Will change out my speakers while there. Any tips on removing the speakers from the brackets without damage. Who thought it would be a good idea to glue the speakers in?
