ripped_fear
Hi all considering going de spoilered for a little while on the supra, but I intend to chop and change between the winged, and no wing look. So looking for some flexible rubber grommets that would be the correct size to fit the stock holes in the boot lid. Anyone have any idea what size I may need, as I haven't had the wing off to investigate yet. I have had a search and gone through a many threads but all the stuff I have found are mainly just pictures of flushed hatches, the frustrating thing is I know this has been covered before as I'm positive I have seen something similar before. Colin-mkiv
They'll be 8mm bolts so I'm guessing at the holes being 9mm to accomodate them? Having never removed my spoiler I'm simply going off what other Japcars spoilers are generally secured with.
DodgyRog
Go to Halfords and they do a mixed pack of about 6 gromets, 3 different sizes from memory (2 of each), so you will need 2 packs One of the sizes is perfect for the round bolt holes and the slightly bigger size will go in the oval hole with a bit of patience and persuasion
