mike33
Hiya I was going to see my mum and drive to cambridge. 30 miles in and driving along. I heard the doors become unlocked the speed and rev counter stopped working as well as battery, temp, indicaters, windows, fan inside due to windows mist up. its a auto and it was stuck in gear, plus lost power steering. I had lights and hazzard lights, The lights did start to dimm after some time so I know the battery wasnt charging. Has this happened to anyone else. Brett21
this happened to me at a set off traffic lights when i got the car home i checked the charge going to the battery from the alternator and i was getting no charge to the battery and so i got a new alternator and the charge went right up to 14 something which what it should be and it has been perfect ever since so check your charge coming from the alternator i think you will need to get a new one
