600hp or 1000hp

You make it sound like its so easy to push 1k.

 

IMO running a setup capable of 1k on low boost to only get 800 would not give a true reflection of a well setup 800 car.

 

Choose your target, build to that and low boost is purely for the mrs and when it's wet.

 

Maybe ultra high boost for drag racing etc

I agree totelly with you. A perfect 800hp machine will be more fun then a 1K machine running on 800hp.

I have never built a 1K machine before so this will be intresting even if I blow the head until the moon. :)

The 500-600hp as almost accomplish when I bought the car. The last part was to tune the engine probably. Now I have bought new rods,cams,piston ect....So the bottom will be capable for 1200hp. The last thing that has to be bought it a new turbo.

The big problem is to get it ready this summer.
