j_jza80
Reminds me of a drive to Japshow finale a few years ago, the convoy was full of relatively slow Hondas etc, except for me in my bpu+ UK auto and a guy in a 400hp Celica GT4

SupraStar 3000
Nice video but scary to watch! When driving down forest roads like that, its likely a deer could get spooked and run into the road. (happened to me and my old car was never the same) Can you imagine collecting a deer at those speeds.
The-Plethora
Police are always out around castle coombe, you take your chances. They were lurking around the villages surrounding as well, wasnt there a thread last year of people who got caught?
tDR
I'd barely call that a country road, just some normal A road type overtaking really. Needs bends!
Havard
That looks like fun but is it really worth losing your licence?

Chris Bailey
Lets be honest - I dont think we have good enough roads to be able to achieve them speeds without coming across some potholes lol.

Chris Bailey
I would imagine there's a few - But every road near me has pot holes or speed cameras. Edited April 13, 2012 by Chris Bailey (see edit history)

Although me and an old member on here jonahjones..did manage to liven up our cars somewhat..(on a private road of course) lol. but yeah hitting anything at those speeds in the video could be scary to say the least! garethr
Nice video but scary to watch! When driving down forest roads like that, its likely a deer could get spooked and run into the road. (happened to me and my old car was never the same) Can you imagine collecting a deer at those speeds. Many years ago, Mike Hailwood, in an Iso Grifo with Peter Gethin in the passenger seat, hit a cow in South Africa at a "reasonable" speed. The car took the animal's legs from under it and rolled it over the bonnet. http://mycarquest.com/2011/05/update-iso-grifo-for-sale-ex-mike-hailwood-and-beatles-magical-mystery-tour.html Luckily, they both had quick enough reactions to duck under the scuttle just before the impact. The car was rebuilt, though - http://mycarquest.com/2011/04/iso-grifo-for-sale-ex-mike-hailwood-and-beatles-magical-mystery-tour.html Edited April 13, 2012 by garethr (see edit history)

tkddav3
my supra has never seen the naughty side of 70. i am extremely offended that someone would sugest that any member on this forum would even consider driving over the national speed limit...even with 600bhp under the naughty pedal. i bid you good day sir Edited April 14, 2012 by tkddav3 (see edit history)
wile e coyote
Nice roads but if a deer or a moose was to walk out ouch Does look familiar lol
hogmaw
Nice roads but if a deer or a moose was to walk out ouch Does look familiar lol It's highly unlikely to happen in the daytime. If there is daylight issues regarding deer or moose are not worth considering. It's plod you have to watch out for.
