Guest Supra_Chris
Hello Fellow Supras, I bought a 96 TT 6-speed manual RZ-S (at least I think that's what it is from the Chassis identifier - although comparing to the "Model differences chart posted on the front page, it has electric front seats, electric fold-in wing mirrors, and a single rear fog light switch which don't appear on the import RZ-S - so I'm not sure!). Previous owner had received from import with BPU+ (again I'm not entirely sure on the differences), and had modified the engine, estimated at about 430-450BHP. I have no idea whether this is correct, as I haven't dug through the pile of receipts yet, and I have it booked onto a rolling road next month to test and tune-up. The boost gauge tops out at a tiny bit over 1.2bar. It's done about 55,000 miles. I registered on here a long time ago but have since forgotten my login details and have changed email several times since then, so I hope to be more active on here this time now I have more time to dedicate to my car. I went down to the Cribbs Causeway meet last night in Bristol, and usually go to Cheltenham/Weston when in Bristol, but would love to know about any meets near Cambridge, where I spend the other half of my time. I have attached a couple of photos also. Glad to be part of the community again! Guest Supra_Chris
Thanks, fastcar. I'd heard that the police had begun to block off the the back alley in the industrial estate so people have moved to somewhere else. I'll take a trip to KFC next time I'm down and see you then! Jimmy James
Hi Chris, was good to meet you and Maria (supra fluff) at cribbs last night. Nice low mileage car you have there, hopefully you can make it to the Devon car show and japfest.
