D8MOA
when you buy a new kit it comes with gauge and sensor probe... when fitting to a UK spec does it wire into the 2nd prob and render the AEM probe usless? or do i have to wirein the AEM probe and render the uk 2nd probe usless? Tricky-Ricky
You can only use the sensor it comes with to run the gauge as it is wide-band, the std sensor is narrow-band, you can configure the AEM to output a simulated narrow-band output to feed the ECU with, however, its a pain and not overly reliable IMO. I would leave the std sensor be and just weld in another boss for the AEM.
merckx
Beat me to it. The sensor that comes with the AEM gauge is a wide band oxygen sensor which you have to use as the one already fitted is narrow band which isn't compatible.
