h89mps
What about suspension wise? Softer springs on the back and how the weight is distributed with the ride height? All of this will help I think. Also this will help too. Edited April 6, 2012 by h89mps (see edit history)
Ian C
Hm, my Pirelli P0's are about 5 years old now, that might explain a lot... Only 265's as well
sdistc
From my experience, it is a combination of good tyre (i.e. soft compound, decent grip patch, up to operating temperature) and appropriate suspension (i.e. not "HellaFlush" or cheap suspension without the ability to absorb rebound etc.). Ambient temperature also contributes - but even in nice warm Australian roads with soft Yoko Advans, I spun to 4th if on full kill. Of course, after that I lost faith with the Tein Superstreets. ADZsupra
Lee knows how to build a car i can say that much..if i do kickdown at 1.2 bar ive got the wheels spinning in 1st 2nd and 3rd with the back end twitching! Madness! Reckon that line lock kit n some wide tyres would help you mate
Samurai 20V
Anyone tried the Federal 595 RSR its looks very similar to the r888 They dirt cheap in Japan.. I was going to try a set on my 17's, but I am only BPU so I reckon they will hold fine.. At 700hp, probably not, based on the price..
