erol_h
Ive been recently looking at the nespresso coffee machines and just wanted to know is anyone using these machines are they worth spending 200-300 quid on.
j_jza80
My brother in law works for Nestlé and got one through work. It's a great little machine IMO. I tend to just drink ground coffee so I wouldn't get one, but for your fancier drinks it's a good solution.
grahamc
I have had 2... first one I gave to my mom only when I bought the new one. Have also had them at work places - love it!!! The only down side, is that you dont get the smell of the fresh coffee beans. Other than that would not give up for the world oh yes and you can recycle the capsules through Nespresso, when you order.
Colin-mkiv
I like my own blend of ground beans so would be no good for me. Seems expensive to run as well mind!
erol_h
A friend of mine has offerd this machine to me as he is not using it anymore http://www.johnlewis.com/230906935/Product.aspx?s_kenid=40f6051f-85c1-1d08-4220-00001ce60490&s_kwcid=7x858944 he wants £350 for it which is reasonable but ive read some bad review online or should i just go for the more basic machines where you have to filter the coffee and steam the milk. Rob
That one is not Nespresso, its an espresso. I presume you understand the difference. I've been using Nespresso for 10 years now, its excellant quality, far better than any of the other capsule types out there, Senseo, Tassimo etc. There is no mess with it, no need to deal with coffee grounds. Costs are about 22 to 32p a cup.
