DodgyRog
I think I remember someone saying they were going to be discontinued, so I am guessing they are selling off the last of the stock, so numbers may be limited. Ordered mine before I posted this up anyway:sly:
Jamesy
brilliant tyres highly recommend them - for BPU level they are perfect

Thorin
see thats where i disagree i find the avons better Well then, quite clearly one of us is right. And you're wrong In my usual floor it sideways out of the work car park, the Avons much more easily broke traction, and I thought they were much worse in the wet. garethr
I think I remember someone saying they were going to be discontinued, so I am guessing they are selling off the last of the stock...Replaced by the FK-453 Azenis (is there some sort of inter-manufacturer competition to invent the daftest tyre name? ). Jellybean
From reading up on them Falken FK452's are discontinued due to EU legislation on road noise
SupraDan24
I considered the Falkens but i read as much bad reviews about them as i did good. I've only ever read positves about the Avons which is why i opted for them. I got them for around £140 a tyre.
tony tt
I had Avons on mine before and found them to be surrender monkeys compared to the Falkens. Avons lost traction a lot easier than the Falcons imo and were impossible in the wet. If you find the Avons good you aint driving hard enough
supra steveo
i replaced my fronts with falken 452s and to be honest i really do not rate them , i would go as far to say i am actually scared to brake hard in fear of skidding Toyo T1Rs FTW even if they are more expensive
Abz
I had Avon's before & Falken's (Actually have them on my current car too!), without a doubt better. Though if Vredestins weren't so expensive for the rear, I'd have them instead, they have shot up in price!

creative
I had the 452's on my skyline.... Always loosing traction but ok for the price. Over here I recently stuck a set of kumho KU36's on. I have to say its a cracking tyre! Extreeeeeemly grippy in the dry and pretty good in the wet. I say pretty good due to the fact I have zero weight over the rear wheels due to it being a ute so it gets a little tail happy but only if it is provoked and it is also very predictable. Havard
I have 452's on the TT and they are a good tyre. The Dunlops I had on the NA were great but then they weren't dealing with an extra 100Hp. Would be nice to buy some spares but I have nowhere to put them. H.
DodgyRog
I have been using 452's for a few years now and they are a bit slippery for the first 500-1000 mile, but they then bed in The main problem with them as far as I am concerned is the road noise once they wear done to 3mm or so, they are not horendous, but drone a bit on some road surfaces
