Single pin temp sender location?

Recommended Posts

I have had an intermittent issue with my temp gauge, I was looking for the sender and have found the single pin connector for the sender (white plug, blue/yellow wire) hanging about under the inlet manifold not connected to anything. I must have dislodged it and now cant see where it goes back to.

cAN ANYONE ADVISE THE EXACT LOCATION OR GIVE ME A IC OF WHERE TO FIND THE SENDER UNIT??? tHANKS IN ADVANCE. :)

If i got you correctly the sensor is under the upper rad hose on the engine side. You should have a ECU one and a temp one.

yES, YOU GOT ME RIGHT, tHANKS FOR THAT.

oNCE i HAD REMOVED THE BRACING BAR AND GOT MY GREAT BIG MAN HAMS IN THERE i FOUND IT, GAUGE NOW WORKS a OK :)

Wish I could type and look at the screen at the same time......
