stevie_b
As I'm at my mates in High Wycombe this morning I thought I'd pop to a supra dealer here There's your mistake. (apologies to any legitimate HW dealers out there, but you seem to be in the minority).

mattdavies
I spoke to paul brown when looking for a Supra, and all i got was ' You have to tell us the specific car you want then we will bring down to our showroom ' I wasnt allowed to just browse their stock, He was unprofessional as i had to ask if he was paul brown cars and just not very interested in me at all. Dnk
Surely this can't be the same friendly polite dealer thats got a banner on here ?
kokoro
I emailed Paul Brown last week about a car on their website. Not heard a peep yet. TBH, I'm glad as it would be a long trek if it was a rough one.
Big Mark
Another so called Supra specialist to avoid it. When I am clear on what I want Jurgen is the dealer I'll be going to. There seems to be rather a lot of "car dealers" in High Wycombe that are nothing more than either middle men selling cars they don't actually own or trading from their home. I'm sure I had a lucky escape.
TubbyTwo
Have you checked out http://www.paulpistonbrownheads.com? Some fairly overpriced average stock on there
Thorin
To say the two mentioned car dealers claim they are not related, their business practices seem rather similar.

TBH, I'm glad as it would be a long trek if it was a rough one. I once emailed him 3 times about a car and they never got back to me either, I just thought sod them if they're not wanting to reply and maybe make a sale. Havard
Why is the PB banner still on here? There are too many stories of similarities and the need to move stock to where it needs to be. They (BT/TC)were trying to get established on here and failed. This is not fair to new members or existing for that matter. I for one am not convinced they are not related. H. I too emailed him a few times about cars and assumed there was some sort of message issue as no reply was ever made. You would assume they would answer any question no matter how trivial as surely businesses want to make sales or am I wrong. Surely companies charging top money for a NA would be pushing out all the stops as I would bet JM imports would get back to you with all the help you could want. Paul Brown
Finally in the financial position to get back behind the wheel of a Supra so was planning to have a look at a few today to see if anything catches my eye. As I'm at my mates in High Wycombe this morning I thought I'd pop to a supra dealer here, but as their website doesn't have an exact address I gave the mobile number a ring. I spoke to the rudest man ever. First and only question he asked was my budget, to which I said "£4-8K" (even tho I can go higher if something special caught my eye) only for him to say that he's got 6 supras in stock and they are all above my budget and then called me a time waster and hung up. What a total obnoxious w****r. Like I said my budget is flexible for the right car and that's not including the trade-in value of my current vehicle. I'm not in a rush to buy but definitely won't be contacting that dealer again! Sorry mate if you feel offended but if you call up for a TT6 priced at £9995 and then tell the chap you have a budget of 4-8k what kind of response were you expecting?? Josh42
I'd still expect that basic customer service and common curtousey would say they would be polite no matter what the persons budget. No wonder there are so many bad reports about your company.

Scutch0
This sounds a lot like A 'dealer' I visited when I was looking for a z32 300zx ( before I saw sense and bought the supra ) and he was really rude, claiming he dealt in supras mainly and when I questioned him about the poor state of the car I came to see he told me he only takes in mint undamaged cars... he also claimed the car I was looking at was mint, it was parked up against a wall and I had a look around the side I could see and it looked pretty good, went out for a drive and again all seemed well... When we arrived back he parked the side that was concealed by the wall right up against the opposite wall, by this time it was getting suspicious, and I checked that side to find possibly the worst repair job ever! I left pretty sharpish!

I think our response was sympathetic enough, we told the chap that with that kind of budget he will be wasting our time and his. He wasn't called a 'w%^&*' like he has called us etc. what over priced stock?? having just sold 5 TT6's this week and looking for more stock........... C_Strike
Tbh i think your wasting your own time currently, your not doing yourself any favors by contiuing to be unproffesional and rude here, Having browsed PH classifieds, and seeing your abismal selling techniques your attitude is so unsuprising, its a shame yo have connections to this forum as unsuspecting new members seeking supras could quite happily fall into a bit of a trap with your 'business'. Josh
Using the term "wasting time" when buying a car is a bit much, even if he doesn't have the budget for any of your Supras. Maybe a different approach would be better next time, just explaining you don't have any stock at his budget at the moment but you'll take his number and let him know if you get anything in. Even if you never speak to him again, he'd leave without the need to post this in here. Awful customer service IMO.

No wonder there are so many bad reports about your company. Nobody was 'rude' if the gentleman thinks that the response was rude then its his opinion and how he felt. He was told that at that budget he will be wasting his time and ours, the cars the rang for were priced at £9995 and we havent sold a TT6 for less than that ever.
