Hartmann
thanks Matt i can´t wait to get the engine in the car .. just waiting on RPS to get my clutch .. have you found a new car yet ?
mwilkinson
No, I'm going to wait till the end of the year or beginning of next to get the GT-R. I'm reading up on them and keeping an eye out for a car that is unmolested. I've seen a few which, for their age, have had a hard life. I would ideally be looking for a 60 plate and I think an extra years wait will bring prices down a little. In the meantime I've bought a silly cheap, but very clean, 1993 MR2 GT T-Bar N/A. Not a patch on the Supra but cheap to run and insure, so not eating into my GT-R fund picking it up tomorrow. Should be fun on the back roads. Has uprated suspension and poly bushes etc.. I'm missing my Supra to be honest. I became quite attached to the car over my six years of ownership. Are you going to spray the engine bay? Are the sub frames getting an overall too? TheTurtleshead
The only bad thing about this thread is that I know right now, somewhere in Scotland, Westy is furiously self-abusing to these pictures. MSB does look nice though! Are you planning on getting a set of facelift headlights?

Hartmann
Just spotted this build thread. Very well done! Alot of time and effort went into it already. Good to see it coming together. I've just been to Denmark for work in Copenhagen. One of my Danish co-workers also wanted a Supra , but said it would be very expensive to import due to super high taxes. Subscribed btw, would love to see the finished result. thanks mate yeaa the car tax is a 180% on cars overhere
