SupraAyf
So if you guys saw an advert for an older motorbike (ZZR1100, CBR1000F, GSXR1100RW, ZX1000B, etc) and you were going to buy it off eBay then would the following comments suggest that it was in OK/good/great/super/newish condition? 1. Absolutely mint. 2. Best by far on offer in the UK at the moment. 3. Show condition. 4. Unmarked 5. Condition worthy of a place in any motorbike collection. SupraAyf
Here's one more for you: “The only thing I would fault it on is a small blemish on the left hand fairing; not even noticeable though unless you really look hard”?
Ian W
Get to the point Ps All of the above would suggest the bike to be in spiffing condition.
SupraAyf
I have asked the missus to go and see 4 local motorbikes in my area, which have similar sales threads. (I’m not at home, clearly). She turned up in most cases and the bikes had panels fitted which could only be categorized as skip fodder. Hence the reason why I didn’t buy one from Great Yarmouth the other day after the advert said ‘mint but with a small scratch”. The last few days alone of bad experiences have put me off entirely. I’ll view before I buy. Sorry for the delay mate – a very bad Internet connection where I am.

The missus turned up and it was trashed. How the hell a blemish can turn in to 20+ deep scratches with areas of paint missing is anyone's guess!
