jim
Pics bud! Haven't used them but a mate does and likes them. I bought black tuner nuts off eBay and they've been great, much better than the lightweight aluminium ones I had before. Will see if I can find the link. Stephendjb
I had them on mine briefly, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw the wheel. I dropped one & dented it purely from that (& if you consider their weight it didn't exactly have much energy to absorb) they're far too soft for such an important job IMO

Colin-mkiv
I have steel Tuner nuts fitted to my Volk wheels, they are red and were available in black iirc. They were an Ebay purchase and I've had no issues....in fact they were on my Hilux Surf as well, I removed them when I swapped it for the Supra. little num
Ive purchased a red set of D1 racing alloy nuts and was shocked to find out there are hundreds of fake items around so will be a good idea to make sure the ones your buying are genuine D1 items as the fake are rubbish and may fail. Mine look to be genuine and look great quality - light - red - and fit perfect BUT im nervous about using them doing 140 round the bowl at Rockingham raceway lol. Suppose once i have used them for a trackday and they dont fail then ill be happy BUT until then im weary of them.

Dnk
Genuine D1 nuts are supposed to be made from 7075 aluminium alloy and should be fine for wheel nuts. How do you tell the fakes from the real deal ?
