prop baring removal

I presume you're asking about the prop central bearing? (Not being patronising just not sure :) ) If so, split the prop at the central joint. Remove the locking clip thing from the nut that is revealed. Undo the nut, either with an impact gun or with the prop clamped in a vice(Don't clamp it on the tubular section!). Then simply slide the bearing unit off. You might have to hit it off with a hammer and a drift, or it might just slide off like mine did!
